Pain especially in the back of the thigh and under the buttocks. But if you experience a severe hamstring injury, the pain that appears will be so painful that it will make it difficult for sufferers to stand or walk. Besides pain or aches, other symptoms that may appear include:
  • Sudden pain appears when you're exercising.
  • There is a bruise on the affected part.
  • The pain that appears will usually be felt when walking, bending, or just stretching legs.

  • When sitting or lying down, place your feet on a pillow so that the position is higher than the body.
  • If needed, it never hurts to try taking painkillers. But you should consult your doctor first to avoid the risk of side effects.
